Events
Each year we have enlightening, educational and enjoyable events. These are conducted to encourage our students to unleash their talents, open their creative minds, explore their skills and think out of the box. Stepping out of the set curriculum, these events are hosted by the students and faculty to help them understand and work not only on educational and professional excellence but also on their overall development.
Climb K2
Climb K2, a visual communication seminar is our most iconic event that happens every alternate year where eminent personalities of the industry share their insights and knowledge with the students. The two day seminar is attended by 800+ students from various colleges across various cities. The aim of the seminar is to help students broaden their perspectives and understand the industry that awaits them. The seminar revolves around art, design, advertising, copywriting and photography.
Go Creative
Go Creative is an unique inter-school art contest that aims at providing a platform for young creative minds.
Serving as a medium to encourage upcoming budding artists to explore their potential. This contest
witnesses participation of 45 schools from all over Mumbai, with over 200 students.
Text’style
Tex’style is an annually organised demonstration and inter-college competition is conducted for students
of the foundation course, creating awareness of the opportunities that the textile design industry offers,
various students from in and around Mumbai participate.
